Eva is from Coralville, Iowa. She obtained a BS in Public Health from the University of Iowa and worked with both the Cyndari Lab and Petersen Lab at Ohio State University's College of Veterinary Medicine during her undergraduate studies.  Eva is now in her first year getting her MPH in Epidemiology in the College of Public Health. She is interested in chronic and infectious disease and chronic joint pain research. Within the Cyndari Lab, Eva does not have her own project but primarily assists other members with their current projects, aiming to gain practical lab skills and continue learning about the realm of academic research.
